How long does it take to get my wreath?
Every wreath is handcrafted to order by Jayda. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for crafting and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your wreath ships.

Can I customize my wreath?
Yes! Our Custom Wreath option lets you choose your colors, theme, and occasion. Just select Custom Wreath and describe what you are looking for in the order notes.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship free with no minimum purchase.

What are the wreaths made of?
Each wreath is handmade using high quality ribbons, bows, ornaments, team fabric, and a sturdy wire frame. Materials vary by design to match the theme perfectly.

What size are the wreaths?
Our standard wreaths measure approximately 24 inches in diameter, perfect for a front door display.

Will my wreath look exactly like the photos?
Because every wreath is handcrafted individually, slight variations in color and material placement are normal. That is what makes each one unique and special.

Returns and Issues

What if my wreath arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at jaydasupport@gmail.com. We will work with you on a repair, replacement, or other solution.

Can I return my wreath?
Because each wreath is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Custom wreaths are final sale once crafting begins. We stand behind our quality and will always make it right if there is an issue.

How do I care for my wreath?
Display your wreath in a covered area like a porch or entryway for the longest life. Avoid direct rain and extreme heat. Gently dust as needed to keep it looking fresh.
